That's how Business Insider puts it in a profile of Nigeria's Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, who turned 50 on Tuesday.
The profile calls him a "social entrepreneur extraordinaire" who has "set a precedent that would take others in the sector several years to meet."
But it's his philanthropic work that has earned him the title of Africa's richest man, with a fortune said to be in the ballpark of $200 million.
In a Tuesday press release, Emmanuel-King said he plans to use his money to " uplift the downtrodden" by building new cities where people can get affordable homes.
